Dynamic English cellist Philip Daish-Handy returns to Hungerford with his accompanist Martin Penrose to present a fascinatingly varied programme. It will include works by Beethoven, Popper, Ravel and Saint Saens as well as Bruch’s beautiful Kol Nidrei, so there is sure to be something to appeal to every taste.

Philip came to prominence after winning the prestigious Music at Beaulieu award in 2005. This led to solo performances at the Wigmore Hall, Steinway Hall, Adrian Boult Hall, Coda Hall, and Bridgewater Hall.
